Thank you for choosing Halomorning. We are committed to delivering your fashion finds to you as quickly and transparently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping processes, costs, and timelines specifically for the United States.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

We provide the following shipping options for our US customers. Please note that transit time is in addition to the processing time mentioned above.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely. The specific carrier is determined by the shipping method selected and your delivery location.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Areas & P.O. Boxes
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. (If yes, please note that express shipping may not be available for these locations.)
6. Sales Tax & Customs
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with state-specific economic nexus laws.
Import Duties: As we ship from our Overseas warehouse, Duties and taxes are pre-calculated at checkout (DDP).
7. Shipping Delays & Missing Packages
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, extreme weather, or carrier issues.
If your package is significantly delayed (more than 3 business days beyond the estimate), please contact us.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or building management before contacting our support.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at market@halomorning.com within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, we are unable to make changes.
